It covers innovative packaging materials, smart and intelligent packaging, active packaging, biodegradable and edible packaging, nanotechnology applications, and modern packaging methods used in the food industry. The course also explores current research, industry trends, regulatory considerations, and the role of novel packaging in reducing food waste while maintaining product quality and consumer safety.
